Try EFT on everything:
Physical, emotional & mental issues, traumas, pain, stress, anxiety, additions, phobias, self improvement etc.
Make a list of all your issues & work on most intense issues first. Be as specific & detailed as possible. You can even name the events. If the issue is too general EFT won’t work. Example - being over weight is too general - add details - addiction to m & m’s, salt, bread, lack of exercise, not drinking enough water, over eating when in social gatherings, eating when upset etc. When you clear an issues, move to the next issue. You may think that you have too many issues & that this process will take too long, for example, you have a whole forest of issues. The good news is that you may only need to clear a few trees & in doing so, will address the entire forest. Be aware that when you clear an issue it will be like taking layers of an onion off. The next layer of the onion may bring to your awareness issues you weren’t even aware of that need to be addressed as you get closer to your core issues. The good news us that when you clear a physical issue it will also address the corresponding emotional issue & visa vera.
Think or tune into the issues as you do below to each individual aspect.
Example - fear of water - mother telling you to stay away from water, peer dying in lake, falling into lake, being dunked under water, not knowing how to swim etc.

Repeat till scale of intensity level to lower 0,1,2
Oftentimes you will sigh or yawn, signaling you that you have released the tension & stress. To enhance that, take a large breath and then release it, feeling the tension flow from you body, righ down your back!
Most issues can be released in one treatment and some have a delayed effect. Take notice to how your body feels & your change in emotional intensity when you talk about the issue released, notice changes in your relationships and overall well being. The more aspects the issues has, more time is needed to address each aspect of the issue. Addictions, depression & chronic ailments take the longest to treat. If you address 1-3 events per day for 3 months you can resolve 90-270 events. Addictions & Personal Peace issues need to be addressed 25x per day & Diseases 10x per day. Remember patience & persistence pays off.
